Use this platform lawfully. VTU, wallet and KYC operations are subject to provider availability, fraud checks and Nigerian regulations.

All successful wallet credits and service purchases are recorded in the immutable ledger. Reversals are issued only for failed provider transactions or confirmed duplicate payments.
